Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking to add an experienced Land Executive/Land Manager to our team. If you are keen to buy land (sites from 5-35 units) and have experience of identifying sites, negotiating opportunities, and following them through the planning and legal process then this fantastic opportunity could be for you.
Reporting to the Head of Land and dealing directly with the senior management team, we are looking for a hardworking, dynamic team player who can also work on their own and has great drive to be out looking for land, working their contacts and identifying new land opportunities for the future, long terms growth of the business. Covering Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, and the surrounding counties the ideal candidate preferably needs to have 2-5 years existing experience of buying residential land and a track record of doing so. You will be given great support and autonomy to deliver new and exciting developments to the business.
