Working closely with a fantastic industry leading brand and their designers in Denmark has given us to opportunity to review our layouts on the upcoming developments and look to introduce expert suggestions on ways to add to how our homes are used and ‘lived in’. Utilising the latest ‘sun tracker’ technology, Velux are able to consider the rooms getting the most daylight and those where they can add even more daylight (as well as fresh air) to open out spaces and really consider how a family may live, work and play in a Castlethorpe Home.

Velux, as well as being a household name in roof windows they have an amazing sustainability strategy by 2030 which we feel takes their business to the next level and we are pleased to be able to work with them to evolve our homes. As well as working towards making their business more sustainable going forward, they are a leading light on looking back to make themselves ‘lifetime carbon neutral’ and work with the World Wildlife Fund on tree conservation projects to make this happen.
