We look at down stairs cloakrooms to ensure space to future proof a home (maybe needing to add a shower at a later date) and sensible places to hang coats and store shoes. This needs to be looked at differently to a main en-suite, which needs to be a tranquil haven with practical storage and elegant design or a family bathroom where we consider the needs of the whole family.
