Sometimes when we buy new sites they come with outline planning permission in place. The Paddocks at Bramley is no exception but the previous outline planning didn't make full use of the extensive plots to maximise the gardens, the houses didn't offer space to work from home and also didn't address all the parking needs of the modern family.

We have re-planned the site to make the new homes much more in keeping with the local area (Farmhouse/Barn style), they now offer much better internal and external space and all plots now have large double garages and plenty of parking.
