Castlethorpe Homes have now exchanged an option agreement with a private landowner to promote a 12 acre parcel of land to deliver more award winning, high quality homes in a great sustainable village location.
It has taken some time to get this one over the line, but we are delighted to now be able to take this site forward through the planning process to deliver approx. 50 brand new private and affordable homes, open space and BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain).
